Angela Richardson is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with more than 20 years of experience working in public practice with small to medium-sized businesses. While financial statements and tax returns are part of the occupation, consulting and assisting clients to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams is her true passion.
“I truly enjoy working with my clients to help them achieve their goals. I’ve been working with some clients for more than 15 years. There is nothing better than picking up the phone and knowing who you’re talking to simply by their voice. There is a lot of trust and sharing in the client-accountant relationship. The more I know about my clients’ situations, the better I can help them plan.”
Angela believes in giving back to the community. She has served in many volunteer capacities including:
- 8 years on the Board of the Alberta Women Entrepreneur including serving as Chair of the Board
- Many many years of Community League and School Parent Council service
- Fundraising for grassroots local charities
She is currently a proud member of the Canadian Progress Club SILKS.
“My volunteer work makes my heart smile. I’m proud to have been a part of the valuable work and positive changes made by the Alberta Women Entrepreneurs. I’ve always disliked the phrase: Somebody should… If we all do a little, we can make the world a better place”.
